These terms govern your use of evilpeptides.co.uk and any order you place with Evil Peptides (“we”, “us”). Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms.
1. Research use only
Every product sold on this site is supplied strictly as a reference material for laboratory research. Our products are not medicines, are not licensed by the MHRA, and are not for human or veterinary consumption, nor for use in food, cosmetics or any household application. Nothing on this website is medical advice, a dosing recommendation or an instruction for use in people or animals.
By ordering you confirm that you are purchasing for laboratory research purposes, that you are qualified to handle research chemicals safely, and that you will not supply the material for human or animal use.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to buy from this site. We sell to customers in the United Kingdom only. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we believe the products are intended for human use.
3. Orders and prices
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). We take care with product information and pricing, but if an obvious error appears we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are set out on our shipping and delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellation and returns
Your cancellation rights, and the cases in which they do not apply, are set out on our returns and refunds page.
6. Storage and handling
Once a product is delivered, safe storage, handling and disposal are your responsibility, in line with the laboratory rules that apply to you. Lyophilised material should be kept cool, dry and out of direct light.
7. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of a product in a way it is not supplied for, including any use in humans or animals, or from a failure to follow proper laboratory practice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8. Intellectual property
The text, images and other content on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
