We dispatch research materials to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once your parcel is on its way you will receive a tracking number by email.
Packaging
All items are sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Lyophilised vials are packed to protect them in transit.
Problems with a delivery
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email admin@evilpeptides.co.uk with your order number and we will look into it. Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs where possible.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly, and a redelivery may be chargeable.
