This page explains when you can cancel or return an order, and how refunds work.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, and then have a further 14 days to return the goods. To cancel, email admin@evilpeptides.co.uk with your order number before the 14 days are up.
Condition of returned goods
Returned items must be unopened, with any seal intact, and in the condition in which they were delivered. For reasons of safety and product integrity we cannot accept the return of a vial whose seal has been broken, or of any item that has been reconstituted, opened or otherwise used, unless it is faulty.
Return postage
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you pay the cost of returning it. We recommend a tracked service, as we can only refund goods we actually receive.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund within 14 days, to the original payment method. Where you cancel a whole order we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. Express delivery costs are refunded at the standard rate.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including postage, at no cost to you.
