This notice explains what personal data Evil Peptides collects through evilpeptides.co.uk, why we collect it and what rights you have. We are the data controller for this information.
What we collect
- Order details: name, delivery and billing address, email address and telephone number.
- Account details: if you create an account, your email address, password (stored encrypted) and order history.
- Payment details: handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs.
Why we use it
To take and deliver your order and handle returns (to perform our contract with you); to keep accounting and tax records (a legal obligation); to keep the site secure and prevent fraud (our legitimate interests); and, where you have asked for them, to send marketing emails (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us run the shop: our hosting provider, our payment provider, and the carrier delivering your parcel. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email admin@evilpeptides.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, such as remembering what is in your basket and keeping you signed in. Any non-essential cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw in your browser settings.
